Wadi Reem
## [Wadi Reem Project **Med Alriyada (formerly known as Smart Balance)** carried out the internal and external finishing works for the **Wadi Reem Project**. The scope of work included **Cement Board façade works, painting, gypsum board works, porcelain, and ceramic tiling**. The works were executed in accordance with the project requirements and technical specifications, with a strong focus on quality, precision, attention to detail, and high-quality finishing standards to achieve the client's expectations.
Prince Sultan M Hospital Building
**Prince Sultan Hospital for Armed Forces – Building Construction and Finishing Works** Construction and complete finishing works for a steel-structure building at Prince Sultan Hospital for Armed Forces. The scope of work included the installation of external cement board façade systems and internal fire-rated red cement board partitions. The project also included complete electrical and plumbing works, HVAC systems installation, ceramic tile flooring and wall finishes, door installation, internal and external painting works, and the installation of 60×60 cm gypsum ceiling tiles. The works were executed as a comprehensive building package, covering structural, MEP, architectural, and finishing works.
Al Khutah – Wadi Al Reem Main Entrance Gate
Execution of the Main Gate Works for Wadi Al Reem Project, including the installation of steel box sections for the internal and external structures, external cladding using 12 mm Cement Board panels, internal ceiling works consisting of steel box-section framing clad with fire-resistant red gypsum board, internal wall cladding using red gypsum board, as well as internal painting works and porcelain tile installation, all in accordance with the approved drawings and technical specifications.
